Normal Sudoku rules apply. German Whispers- Numbers on the green line are at least a difference of 5 from their neighbors on the line. Numbers on either side of an x sum to 10. Killer Cages- Numbers inside cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Numbers may repeat on the line and in cages, if other rules allow. Killer cages represent the other states, Canadian province and bodies of water that border New York. Pennsylvania (Yellow) sums to 74. Ontario (Magenta) sums to 48.
Solution code: Row 8 and column 2, no spaces.
