Build Your Own Killer: Criminal Mind

Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Normal killer variant applies: Digits within a cage sum to the small number written in that cage. However there's a twist:
+ A given one-cell cage is used to construct a real killer cage that starts from that cell and goes straight horizontally or vertically in the direction of the given arrow in it, the length of each cage is to be deduced (the limit one can reach to is the 9x9 grid borders); if no arrow is given then the direction is to be deduced.
+ There are two types of color: red and blue.
++ If a red cage has the length of N cell[s] then that red cage must contain digit N (which can be anywhere within the cage).
++ If a blue cage has the length of N cell[s] than that blue cage must not contain digit N.
(*) Because of such definitions, it is POSSIBLE that:
1) A blue cage with a single-digit sum >1 contains only one cell; for example, a blue cage having sum of 8 (single digit) can contain only digit 8 (single digit).
2) Cages can overlap each other, regardless of their colors.

Fun puzzle to play. Logic is clear. Clues are used one by one. If breakin is obscure, it would be better!

well this was a huge struggle for me, I kept seeing things that didn't exist and not seeing things that did exist, arrows appearing and vanishing out of nowhere, colours changing from red to blue and back right in front of my eyes, luckily in the end, I was able to make only finite number of mistakes during the finite time I spent on this puzzle, and it all got corrected somehow in the end, probably due to the fact that it is constructed so well.
