Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage must sum to the little number in the upper left, and may not repeat in the cage. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. I think this puzzle is 2 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome!

It's a nice thing to find a backdoor out, altough you had to find more than one to get out of the maze.
really enjoyed it ...thank you

I think this is one of your best ones PDN. Loved it! A bit tricky if you didn't know the trick to solve this but if you did it's very satisfying.
** Thanks so much for the feedback and solve!

Fun solve. Somehow I ended up with a deadly pattern on 5,7,9s. Most likely my fault. None intersected with a diagonal though.
** Huh. I haven't heard any others speak of such things. I hope you can resolve it. :-)

Nice puzzle, clever use of killers and diagonals to eliminate certain possibilities (especially long diagonals).
** Thanks for the solve and feedback!
