Prime squared (Killer Sudoku)

Rules
: Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage must sum to the total in the top left corner of the cage. Not all cage totals are given, the missing ones have to be found by the solver and must be prime numbers. In addition all the cages can be read as number from left to right or top to bottom, the number must also be a prime number.
A prime number is a number that is divisible only by itself and 1 (e.g. 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, ...).
Solution code: Column 5, Row 5, (from top to bottom or left to right of course)no space just a string of 18 digits
