Arrows Can Be Pals / Pfeile können Kumpel sein

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Digits along the (thicker) palindrome lines must read the same forward and backwards. I think this puzzle is 1.5 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome!
