Renban Thermo

(Published on 11. February 2022, 15:09 by PDN777)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end. Digits on a purple renban line must be consecutive, but can be in any order. Digits may not repeat on a renban line. Colored highlights are used to clarify three renban lines: there is a 4-cell orange, a 4-cell blue, and a 5-cell green line. I think this puzzle is 1.5 out of 5 stars for difficulty for many solvers. As always, comments welcome!

No deadly pattern. It has a logical solve path.

** Yeah that's what I was thinking. Thanks for the confirmation! :-)

Had to avoid a deadly pattern in the end, (box 1 & 3) was that intended?

** Um... I never want a deadly pattern in my puzzles. But I'm not sure its on my end, as there have been several solves with no issue...
