Ever notice how 6s start to look a little like 9s when you stand on your head? 4 of the boxes in this puzzle have gotten themselves confused.

Rules

Normal sudoku rules apply.

Digits in a cage sum up to the given total. Digits may not repeat in a cage.

Digits in cells along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle on that arrow.

Black dots separate cells containing digits with a ratio of 1:2.

White dots separate cells containing consecutive digits.

Not all dots are given.

Exactly 4 of the 9 boxes in this puzzle are confused. Inside of confused boxes, 6s are counted as 9s and 9s are counted as 6s when contributing their value to cage totals, dots, arrow lines or arrow circles. They are treated as themselves for all other purposes (6s remain as 6s and 9s remain as 9s when ensuring that no duplicate digits are placed in any row, column, box or cage).
