X Sudoku rules apply : fill the grid with digits 1 to 9 appearing each exactly once in every row, column, 3x3 region and diagonal marked with a line.
Little killer : A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the (possibly repeating) digits along its indicated diagonal.
Cages : digits can't repeat inside a cage.
Palindromes : Digits along grey lines read as the same sequence in both directions.
Quadruples : digits indicated in circles must appear at least once in the surrounding cells.
Solution code: Digits from Row 5 (left to right) and then Column 8 (top to bottom). 18 digits total, no space character.

This is a fantastic puzzle -- the initial geometrical deductions are pretty easy to find, but it's much trickier to see where to go from there. That said, the solve path is quite clever, and it was fairly smooth for me. Well constructed!
