X-Sums: 37

(Published on 1. February 2022, 16:58 by the_cogito)

Another Schrödinger cells sudoku. Had a lot of fun setting this

- Normal Sudoku rules do NOT apply.
- Every row, column, and box contains the digits 0-9 exactly once.
- Every row, column, and box contains exactly one so-called Schrödinger cell, which contains two digits at the same time. Both of these digits may not repeat elsewhere in their row, column, or box.
- X-sum clues outside the grid give the sum of the first X cells in their respective row or column, where X is the value of the nearest cell in that row or column.
- The value of a Schrödinger cell is the sum of the digits it contains for the purposes of all X-sum clues.

Solution code: The digits in the Schrödinger cells from the first row to the last, with the lower of the two digits in each row entered first.

Can an X-cell be an S-cell? E. g. a (2,3) indicating a sum of 5 cells?

Yeah it can :)
