Sudoku/Double-Digit-Arrows: "Secret Algebra"

For everyone who likes to do some algebra.

Rules:
Normal Sudoku Rules apply.

Double-digit-arrows
Each arrow is populated by a pair of 2-digit numbers, with the tens and units digits alternating along the arrow, starting from the pill.
The pair of numbers on the arrow must sum to the 2 or 3-digit number in the connected pill, read top-to-bottom.

This puzzle wonderfully shows off what these arrows can do and has a satisfying solve path. Well worth the math!

This puzzle has a really nice flow once you spot the trick. There's a bit of legwork upfront, but it's rewarded by the follow through.
