Satanic Sudoku

Normal 6x6-Sudoku rules apply. Additionally,
- along grey palindrome lines, digits must read as the same sequence from both ends (both lines are straight),
- the digits along the indicated diagonals must sum to the given total,
- digits separated by a white dot must be consecutive (not all dots are necessarily given),
- digits on the positive diagonal must not repeat.
