Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Cells separated by a knights move in chess can not contain the same digits.
Digits along arrow's sum to the digit in the circle.
White dots separate 2 consecutive digits.
Black dots separate digits with a 1:2 ratio.
V separates 2 digits that sum to 5.
