Racecar (arrow sudoku)

Playing around with arrows again. :) Have fun!
RULES:
- Standard sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow (the digits from the circle/pill to an arrow tip) sum to the number in that arrow's circle/pill.
- Cells containing the same letter contain the same digit. Digits are given values.
