Normal Sudoku, Lockout Lines and Arrow Rules apply.
-Numbers along a lockout line must not be between or equal to the numbers in the diamond ends. Diamond values must differ by 4 or more for any segment. Any Diamond on the line defines a new segment end,
-Numbers along an arrow must sum to the number shown in the circled cells.
