Normal Sudoku rules apply. Digits separated by an X must sum to 10; digits separated by a V must sum to 5. Not all X's and V's are given. Blue lines are Lockout lines; the end cells (indicated by diamonds) must differ by at least 4, and the digits on the lines must not be equal to or between the end values.
