Pared Down (Parity Arrow)

Normal Sudoku rules apply
Parity Arrows: Digits on arrows must sum to the digit in the circle. Digits on the arrow must be of the same parity (odd/even).
Note: Circle digits do not have to be the same parity as arrow digits e.g. 6-4-2 and 6-1-5 are both valid arrows.
Can be played online at f-puzzles or CTC
Solution code: Row 2 (left to right) followed by Column 9 (top to bottom). 18 digits, no spaces.

Very nice puzzle! Constantly challenging from start to finish but never too difficult.
