Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits in a cage sum to the total in the top left corner.
Clues outside the grid show the sum of the digits on the indicated diagonal.
A black dot indicates a 1:2 ratio.
A white dot indicates a consecutive pair.
(Not all black/white dots are given.)
The square with the arrows pointing inwards indicate that cell is less than the digits orthogonally surrounding it.
Digits along a thick gray line are a palindrome, digits are the same on both sides of it.
Solution code: Row 2 and Column 8, enter as a string of 18 digits with no spaces.
