Parity arrows

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow must sum up to a digit in a respective circle.
- Digits in circles show a number of cells of the same even/odd parity it sees horizontally and vertically (including itself) before it hits a cell with another parity.
