Odd arrows

Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Digits on an arrow must sum up to a digit in a respective circle.
- Digits in arrow circles show a number of odd cells it sees horizontally and vertically (excluding itself if it's odd). Even numbers are blocking the view.

Solution code: Row 5 then column 5 (18 digits)

Very interesting ruleset, great puzzle! Once you get the gist, it’s not very hard and solves pretty straightforward. So I’d give it 2 stars for difficulty. Thanks for setting this!
