Rules:

- Normal Standard Sudoku rules apply.

- On the marked diagonals digits cannot repeat.

- Outlined regions are cages. The sum of digits in a cage is given in the top-left and digits cannot repeat.

- The digits in the circles are the sum of the digits along their respective arrows. Digits may repeat along the arrows

- The grey square is even

Managed to solve it. Quite nice logic for reducing the long arrows. Seemed to go quickly once you figure out the "duel".

I feel like there is some set theory for this puzzle that would have made it easier
