Rules:
- Irregular sudoku: Each row, column, and 9-cell region must contain every digit from 1 to 9 once each.
- Killer: Digits in a cage sum to the clue in the top left corner, and may not repeat.
- Arrow: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit in the connected circle.
