Normal arrow rules apply: Digits along an arrow must sum to the number in the connected circle and may repeat if permitted by normal sudoku rules.
Normal little killer rules apply: Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of all the digits along the diagonal indicated by the arrow. Digits can repeat along the diagonal if permitted by normal sudoku rules.
Solution code: Column 1 (top to bottom) followed by row 9 (left to right); 18 digits, no spaces.

What a delightful puzzle with some really fun logic. This deserves to be better known.
