Normal Sudoku rules apply. Blue lines are Lockout lines; the endpoints (marked by diamonds) must differ by at least 4, and the digits on the line may not be between or equal to the endpoints. 159 rules apply: Each digit in column 1 provides the position of 1 in the same row (that is, if row 9 column 1 is a 2, row 9 column 2 is a 1). The same is true of columns 5 and 9 regarding the digits 5 and 9, respectively.
Continuing the series of "empty 159" puzzles with Lockout this time; previous entries include thermo, German Whispers, and Renban.
Solution code: Row 4 followed by column 8, no spaces.
