Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Digits must not repeat on the one indicated main diagonal. After getting some feedback, I'll rate the difficulty as 2 stars out of 5. Of course the stars shown are determined by the solvers. As always, comments welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

The breakthrou needed a bit to show up, so i would rate it a 2* puzzle.
