Normal sudoku rules apply. Clues outside the grid are either X-Sum, Sandwich, or Skyscraper clues (rules for each given below); however, the solver must determine which clue is of which kind. Letters in clues outside the grid refer to the digit in the cell marked with that letter. (Different letters may refer to the same digit; the letters are used to indicate location in the grid only.)
X-Sums: For X-Sums clues, the clue outside the grid gives the sum of the first X cells in that row or column, where X is the first digit when seen from that direction.
Sandwich Sums: For Sandwich clues, the clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits which appear between the 1 and 9 (the "crust" cells) in that row or column.
Skyscrapers: For Skyscraper clues, treat each digit in the grid as a building of that height. The clue outside the grid gives the number of buildings seen along that row or column from that direction, where taller buildings hide shorter buildings.

Absolutely insane puzzle, and also quite smooth, it would have been easier if I remembered that 4 isn't 5.
To future solvers (it may not happen in the links), the column 6 clue isn't D+E.
Thanks to you both for this masterpiece !

Wow, an absolutely satisfying and remarkable puzzle! First half was fairly smooth and very clever but then the later half ramped up and I almost had to use maximum brain mode for that, but all were so fun at the end ;)

This one is so hard and so nice. Some wrong deductions I made finally helped the solve. Btw, does anyone know how to join the CtC Fan Discord? I can't find it on Discord.

An absolutely remarkable puzzle!
A word of warning -- if you open this in the CtC app, remember to not spend two hours reading the 4*H clue as a forty-H clue. It leads to a very nice logic chain that utterly destroys the "G" clue.
~~ @jgreenfield, sorry about that, I forgot to update the CTC link when I clarified that clue! It's fixed now... :)

I'd propose a layout like this: https://f-puzzles.com/?id=y4yps9r8 where the letters in the grid are not blocking the view of pencil marks

Finally! I broke this so many times, not sure how. Well worth persisting with, it's a wonderful puzzle.
