Chaotic Sandwiches (Entropy Special)

It opens the series of "Entropy Specials". In this series I will show puzzles in which the Entropy rule is combined with a modified rule variant in which the element of the groups of digits from the Entropy rule is taken up. In this case it's a modified sandwich variant.

Rules:
Sudoku: Fill every row, column and 3x3 box with the digits 1-9.
Entropy: The low digits (1, 2, 3), middle digits (4, 5, 6) and high digits (7, 8, 9) are defined as three different groups. In the finished grid each 2x2 box has to contain at least one digit of each group.
Chaotic Sandwiches: A clue outside the grid gives the sum of the digits sandwiched between the digit in the cell next to the clue and the next digit of the same group ({123}, {456}, {789}) in that row or column.
Example: For the digits 427358961 looking from clue direction the correct clue would be 12 (2+7+3).
