Battle With The Archers 25: Legends of the Ten Kings

This is the 25th puzzle of my Battle With The Archers collection and the final one of the wild Four Horsemen 21-23-24-25. I hope you enjoy and also Happy New Years, wish everyone a great and successful new year!
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply: every row, column and 3x3 box contains digits from 1 to 9 each once.
- Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the circle cell attached to that arrow. Digits along an arrow can repeat if allowed by other rules.
- Cells that are a King's move apart in chess (i.e. touching each other) mustn't contain the same digit.
