Friendly Sums
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Clues outside the grid give the sum of all friendly cells (cells whose value is the index of either the row, column, or box containing the cell) in the indicated row/column.
- In cages, the clue in the top left corner gives the sum of all non-friendly cells in the cage. Digits may not repeat in a cage.
