Normal Sudoku rules apply. A line in a cell indicates that the cell's digit is the position of its box number in that direction. For instance, if R3C4 is an 8, there is a 2 (the number of this cell's box - see picture to the right) in R8C4 (the 8th cell in the column, because it's a vertical line). Some possible lines may be omitted. Enjoy! |

Great puzzle! At first the ruleset was tricky to wrap my head around, but then everything fell into place and the puzzle was really smooth and relatively easy. Would love to try a more difficult puzzle using this ruleset!

My first try with this ruleset used a negative constraint, which is very powerful but also a *lot* more difficult and becomes a grind.
If I come up with a grid that is hard and fun to play, I'll post it.
