135 - Diagonals
(Published on 23. December 2021, 16:19 by the_cogito)
If I had advice for prospective solvers, it'd be to think outside the box. I don't especially expect this kind of variant to be popular, but I am genuinely proud of the logic in this puzzle, and am publishing it nonetheless. Maybe people will like it :^)
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Cells in the same position within their box may not share the same digit (disjoint groups).
- The main diagonals must both contain the digits 1-9.
- Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits along their indicated diagonal. These digits may repeat as allowed by other rules.
- Cells separated by a black kropki dot must contain digits with a ratio of 2:1.

Loved this! Really creative use of the rule set. It's my favorite kind of puzzle where once you discover the essential concept, the rest of the solution falls into place.
