Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Draw two orthogonally connected lines onto the cells in the grid that form closed loops and don't intersect with themselves or each other.
Each loop must be the mirror image of the other with respect to the highlighted diagonal.
A highlighted cell gives the number of ALL cells in it's row (or column, because of the symmetry) that are NOT part of either loop.
The loops are German Whispers lines, i.e. neighboring digits on a loop have a difference of at least 5.
CTC-App You can enable the pen tool in the settings.
Example:
Solution code: Row 1 in the Sudoku.

Does "mirror image" refer to the form of the loop only, or does every digit on it have to mirror, too?
----------
It is about the form of the loop only.

A fun themed puzzle with quite a minimalistic design, thanks! Also thanks for the Penpa+ link since I prefer it for puzzles like these :-)
