I found eight correct solutions too I'm afraid.
* Actually there were only 5 possible solutions, have added one more rule to ensure a unique solution... Thanks..

Perhaps I'm missing something, but there appear to be multiple valid solutions to this puzzle.
The logic path was great until all but five positions on the palindrome lines were solved; the remaining spots were two sets of palindrome-equivalent positions related across lines by a bi-value pair, and any combination of those pairs seems to work. Choosing either one gives an extended deadly pattern, and I had to cycle through a few of them before I found the accepted solution code.
So far as I can tell, none of the various solutions violate any of the rules as stated.
* thanks, I messed up during testing and have fixed it with 1 additional rule that take the unique solutions from 5 to 1.

Welcher normale Mensch hat denn 8-stellige Primzahlen auf Lager?
Müssen alle einzelnen Ziffern auf den Palindromen ebenfalls prim sein, wie in deinem Beispiel?

The lines contain sequential 3 digit prime numbers only.
also 3-stellige Primzahlen? wie gelesen ?
* Yes only 3 digit primes - that read sequential smallest to largest.
* Ja, nur 3-stellige Primzahlen - die sequentiell vom kleinsten zum größten lesen.
