Preface: No letter touches an adjacent letter of the alphabet.
1. In each of the levels B - F are 2 of the 10 letters of CHRISTBAUM.
2. In each level is one letter of NIKOLAUS.
3. In each level is at the most one letter of each of the words ADVENT and WUNSCH.
4. The fields with X, Y and Z have the same index number.
5. In the alphabet, the letter in D2 comes directly before the letter in D4.
6. In the alphabet, the letter in E1 comes directly before the letter in E3.
7. In the alphabet, the letter in F4 comes directly before the letter in F6.
8. In the alphabet, the letter in H1 comes directly before the letter in H4.
9. Only one of the two following statements is true: Exactly one letter of GOLD is in level B. All letters of GLOCKE are in fields with the same index number.
10. Only one of the two following statements is true: The M is in F5. The U is in E5.
11. Only one of the two following statements is true: The N is in a field with index number 2. The Y is in a field with index number 1.
12. Only one of the two following statements is true: In field B2 is a letter of WIR. In field E1 is a letter of WIR.
