The loop makes a turn in each field with a black circle in it and goes straight through the fields before and after the black circle.
The loop goes straight through each field with a white circle in it and makes a turn in at least one of the fields before and after the white circle.
Then put some letters into some of the remaining empty fields so that each letter from A to D appears exactly once in each row and each column.
The letters at the border of the grid show which letter appears first in the corresponding row or column from this direction.
Solution code: row 6 and column 7, X for an empty field, I for a field in which the loop goes straight, L for a field in which the loop makes a turn

@BeeCee The rules only translate when the author has put them in in both languages (in which case you indeed have to press the flag), in this case there apparently were no English rules filled in, so they stay in German and you will have to translate them yourself, e.g. using Google Translate.
