Each cage represents a ship.
Each player (Red/Blue) has 1 destroyer (2 cell cage), 2 submarines (3 cell cages), 1 battleship (4 cell cage), and 1 carrier (5 cell cage).
Each Cage sums to the total in its top left corner.
All submarine cages are between lines cages. One player's battleship and carrier are also between line cages. The other player's battleship and carrier are not.
The numbers on a between line must lie between the two digits at the ends of the line.
Whichever player's entire fleet is made up of between line cages has a corresponding colored X which is even, while the other players corresponding colored X is odd.

All cages are trivial and I don't see the point of talking about battleships since we don't even need to place any in the grid. At most 1 star for difficulty.
