Friendly Minesweeper 5: X Marks The Spot
(Published on 15. December 2021, 02:14 by starwarigami)
- A cell contains a mine if it contains a "friendly" digit, i.e. one that matches its row, column, or box number.
- Digits in circles are the number of mines in the 8 surrounding cells.
- Cells with circles may also contain a mine, but it will not be included in that circle's count.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the connected circle.
- Digits along a thermometer increase from the bulb end.
- All valid circles are given, but not all mines are necessarily seen.
- Additional rules
- Digits may not repeat along either diagonal.
- Digits in cells separated by an X sum to 10 - all valid X's are given

fairly easy. Recommend this as an entry to more difficult puzzle of this type.

A fantastic puzzle! I'm sure there was a more elegant solve path than three hours of whittling, but I got there in the end.
