Binero PARITY rules apply. There cannot be more than 2 consecutive evens or odds in a row or column. The row patterns of even/odd are unique and will not repeat. Similarly, the column patterns of even/odd are unique and will not repeat. So if a row was EOOEO, then another row could be OEOOE, but not EOOEO again. However, a column could be EOOEO as long as it's only one column with that pattern.
Killer cage rules apply. All cages sum to an even number.
Some cells have all possible numbers filled in for you already. So if a cell was 1234, it must be 1, 2, 3 or 4 only.
Solution code: Row 5 column 5
