Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits cannot repeat in cages, and they must sum to the total, if a total is given.
Each cage is comprised of 3 digits: the first digit represents a row, the second digit represents a column, and the third digit represents the digit that appears in that row/column. (For example, if you have 5, 4, and 6 in a cage, then there is a 6 in R5C4.)
The "first" digit of a cage is the cell containing the total or the question mark. The "second" digit is the cell orthogonally adjacent to the first, and the "third" digit is the remaining cell in the cage.

Sweet puzzle, very nicely worked out. A couple of times there didn't seem to be enough info, but of course there was.
