Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a killer line must sum to a specific number as determined by the line's color, and may NOT repeat on the line. The sums are as follows: green -- 10; red -- 22; yellow -- 12; violet -- 23. I think this puzzle is two stars for difficulty for many solvers (mostly because of the middle bit). As always, comments appreciated!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

I tried really hard not to use one of the clues, but it ended up being necessary after all. Nice puzzle idea!
** Perhaps that clue was too much of a "gimme?" ;-) Anyway, I'm glad you enjoyed after all. Thanks!

Nice idea! I don't know, how to pencilmark for sure. But - I got it. Thanx. :-)
** Thanks for the solve. I like the idea of shaping killer "cages" (lines) in ways that you can't form a cage. :-)
