Normal Sudoku rules apply.
In cages digits cannot repeat and must sum to the small number given in one of the cage's cells - if there is such a cell.
There are already five (white) cages. Divide the blue part of the grid into twelve additional cages. They must have equal sizes but different shapes - aka Pentominoes. These are shown in the next picture.
Each pentomino cage of course can cover at most one of the cells with a small number.

I tried this for nearly 2 hours and could bot solve where the pentominoes were supposed to go. I out of frustration checked for soluions but there seems to be none
