Rudolph charged the X-mas tree

Rudolph's nose is spectacular.
Not only is it bright red so that he can easily be followed by his siblings as he leads their way through the christmas night. It also has a very special birthmark that very much resembles his order in the sibling group.
Rudolph's horns are german whisper lines.
Adjacent digits along the horns must have a difference of at least five.
Rudolp's legs are palindromes. Digits must read the same forward and backward.
Cells in contact with a circle form a renban field.
These fields come in three different sizes:
Small snowflakes, the two adjacent cells must be filled with consecutive digits.
Big snowflakes, the four surrounding cells must be filled with a set of consecutive digits in no particular order.
Christmas tree balls, the six cells in contact with the ball must be filled with consecutive digits in no particular order.
The strings from the balls are purely decorative and so are Rudolph's eyes.
