Thermo Little Killer (Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits on a thermometer must strictly increase from the bulb end. Numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of the digits on their indicated diagonal. Digits on these diagonals may repeat when otherwise allowed. As always, comments are welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

I normally loathe those little killers, but since it's supposed to be "very easy", I gave it a try. Loved how the diagonal thermos worked together with the little killers!
Solving took me a long time, but that's due to my bad diagonal scanning and adding/subtracting possible candidates...
Reply from PDN: Yeah I often struggle with little killer clues, unless they min or max out the diag. And of course since here they interact with the thermos, there is more to go on. I found eliminating the candidates was mentally taxing, but in the end rewarding... Thanks for the solve!
