Opposites Attract
The inspiration for this puzzle came from @fuxia's 'Mediocrity' puzzle, which you can find here.
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Fortress clones - Cells with signs pointing inward (resp. outward) contain digits that are smaller (resp. greater) than all orthogonally adjacent digits. The two sets of coloured cells are clones of each other. That is, they contain the same digits in the same order.
Kropki dots - The number in the white dot indicates the difference of the digits joined by it. The number in the black dot indicates the ratio of the digits joined by it. Not all such dots may be given.
