Tick Tock (Killer Arrow Sudoku)

Yeah, I know, it sounds crazy. I actually created a relatively approachable sudoku. Hope you enjoy!
Rules
Standard Sudoku rules apply. Digits in cages may not repeat and sum to the small number in the corner, if given. Digits in circles give the sum of the digits along the corresponding arrow.
