Arrows Cling to Pal (Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along the palindrome line must read the same forward and backwards. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Neighboring digits marked with a white Kropki dot are consecutive. Not all dots are given. As always, comments welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

Always enjoy PDN's puzzles, and this was certainly no exception. The ONLY thing that would make it better is if there was a link to CTC's Sudokupad. For me, personally, it's much more enjoyable to use Sudokupad. No affiliations. Just my preference. Still, very enjoyable. Thank you, PDN.

Nice interactions between palindrome and arrows.
I think difficulty is far from 1 star, between 2 and 3.
