Rules: Normal sudoku rules CANNOT apply: no digit can appear exactly once in any row, box, or column. There are exactly nine of each digit. Digits cannot appear exactly once within a cage and cannot sum to the value indicated. Digits along the thermometer strictly do not increase from the bulb end: they may decrease or stay the same, but never increase. Numbers with a black dot between them cannot have a ratio of 2.
The puzzle can also be solved with f-puzzles and the CTC app. Have fun!
Solution code: Second row from left to right, then fifth column from top to bottom

Lovely idea, took me sometime to rewrite the brain for the CANNOT rules :-)

Excellent puzzle! Yes, it is definitely hard, but everyone who is at all interested, and many of you who aren't, should do this puzzle!

Amazing puzzle. Very, *very* intricate and at times borderline mind-bending, but solving this was a delight. :)
