Hello, Mr. XV (Juosan Sudoku Hybrid)

This puzzle is the fourth high-low Juosan variant sudoku I have created, but the first to make it to this site. I may post the others in a pack and those will be linked here if that occurs. I hope you enjoy this puzzle! Original inspiration for this hybrid comes from udukos's Juosan Killer Sudoku which uses odd/even parity rather than high low parity, both variations of the hybrid are really fun.

Rules:

Normal sudoku rules apply.

High digits (5, 6, 7, 8, 9) cannot appear consecutively for more than two cells horizontally. Low digits (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) cannot appear consecutively for more than two cells vertically. Note that 5 appears in both sets and must obey both restrictions.

Cells connected by an X sum to 10. Cells connected by a V sum to 5. Not all Xs and Vs are given.
