Every row, column, and 3x3 box must contain all digits from 1 to 9.
Arrow rule applies.
Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Black Kropki rules apply.
Digits separated by a black dot are in a ratio of 1:2,
all possible black dots are given.
