Normal sudoku rules apply.
Killer - In cages, digits must sum to the small clue in the top left corner of the cage. Digits cannot repeat within a cage.
Skyscraper - Numbers in the grid represent the heights of skyscrapers. Numbers outside the grid indicate the amount of visible skyscrapers in that row / column as seen from that vantage point.
