A Messy Sandwich (Sudoku)

Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits along an arrow must sum to the digit in the large circle at its end. Cells with grey squares must contain even numbers. The numbers on the outside of the grid refer to the adjacent row or column, and indicate that the digits residing between the 1 and 9 must sum to that number (do not include the 1 or 9 in the sum). As always, comments welcome!
Solution code: First row of puzzle, and fourth column of puzzle (read top to bottom). Enter as a string of 18 digits, no spaces.

Wieder mal Zeit gefunden für ein Puzzle und dabei mein erstes Sandwich probiert. Ich hatte etwas daran zu kauen, aber meinen Geschmack hat es getroffen. Sehr schönes Rätsel!

I liked the Parity at the start. i didn't need the 12 sandwich clue to finish. overall a very enjoyable solve
